Brian Farkas
Cofounder and Creative Director, B&T Creative
Brian has spent his career working to create a better world through advertising, driven by a belief that doing good is good for business.
He is behind projects that have expanded voting access, gotten 1000 cats adopted, combatted Russian disinformation, saved 27 drive-in theaters, gotten people to put down their phones, and most recently, advocated for greater transparency in pet food.
Brian has been named to Adweek’s Creative 100, AdAge’s Creatives to Watch, and Business Insider’s 24 Most Creative People in advertising. His work has been featured in national and international news and won over 150 industry awards including two Cannes Lions Grands Prix, One Show Gold Pencils, Grand and Gold Clios, D&AD Pencils and a Gold Effie.
But what excites Brian most is using creative thinking to make positive change in the world. Whether it’s starting conversations or solving problems; changing lives or changing behavior; helping people see new perspectives or new possibilities. He believes brands win by putting the audience they serve first. In an industry that’s often interruptive, he strives to create work that earns people’s attention, gives them a reason to care, and makes them actually want to engage.
He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, daughter, and dog, Churro.
